Absolutely! Once two students decide to become roommates, they will both send us an e-mail, letting us know that they have selected each other as roommates. We will then assign those two students to the same apartment.
We do not offer meal plans. However, we have great kitchens in each of our apartments that you are welcome to use.
Yes. All of our papartments have kitchen and bathroom.
Yes. We provide bedding set which includes linens, pillow and towels.
If you get prior approval from your roommates, yes, they can stay. One day only!
No. We do not allow pets of any kind.
Very simple! Just fill out our application form through our website (www.capstay.com), pay required payments and sign your contract.
Capstay has multiple residences available, with many different room types in each. All of our properties and room types are at a different price point, so speaking or emailing to Capstay is the best way to find out what would work best for your needs and budget.
Capstay does not require a credit check.
Yes, we do. It is $300 for a shared room spot. If you return the apartment free of damage you will receive $200 back.
We kindly request $300/per person security deposit for shared room spot in our properties. For private room and entire apartments, it may vary from $500 to $1500.
The room rate includes all utilities (electric, AC/heat, water), fully-furnished apartment ( bed, desk , dresser, desk chair, night stand, sofa, love seat, TV Stand, 42″-49″ TV), TV Services, High Speed Unlimited Wifi in your room and throughout the apartment, laundry, amanities, microwave, dish washer, equipped kitchen and refrigerator. Our staff is on call 24/7 for emergencies.
We accept checks, wire transfer, money orders, cash and cashier’s checks. As an alternative payment option we also accept credit card, debit cards and ACH payments online at www.capstay.com/tenants/payment for your convenience.
Rent installments are due the first of every month.
Bills are not sent to tenants each month.
Yes, you can. Please note that credit/debit card payments are subject up to 5% processing fee.
